About the Role
Our client is one of New Jersey's leading affordable housing developers — and they're growing fast. With plans to double their portfolio from 5,000 to 10,000 units over the next 3–5 years, they're looking for a Regional Property Manager who's ready to grow with them. This is a real opportunity for advancement: as the company scales, so do its people.
They want a strong leader and sharp thinker with the financial acumen to help build out their reporting and take regional operations to the next level.

- Own the annual budget process and review monthly variances with your PMs
- Partner with Leasing on new lease-ups and marketing, ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements
- Work with Facilities to drive capital improvement projects and preventive maintenance that protect and grow asset value
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Regional/District Manager and 5+ years of on-site residential management
- Knowledge of project-based Section 8, LIHTC/Tax Credit, and other subsidized housing programs (market-rate experience a plus)
- Strong command of budgets, operating statements, and financial reporting
- A collaborative leadership style that motivates diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree, industry credentials, and Yardi experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
