We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, including assembly, fabrication, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools, making it essential for candidates to have experience in a factory or warehouse setting.
1st shift
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications.
- Fabricate parts and products on the assembly line while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
