Experienced HVAC Service Technician

At Paragon, we specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, boilers, hydronic heating, and tankless water heaters. Our technicians work on a wide variety of equipment, including many high-end and specialty systems that most HVAC companies never touch. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform service and maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units
- Diagnose and repair boilers, hydronic heating systems, and specialty mechanical equipment
- Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters (highly preferred)
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Work closely with office staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continue developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and field experience

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Tankless water heater service experience
- Boiler and hydronic system experience
- Commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification
- Experience with controls and advanced diagnostics
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options to customers
