City Point Ice Cream and Burgers is a fast-casual restaurant located in Historic Downtown Hopewell. We serve fresh, made-to-order specialty burgers, creative milkshakes, and ice cream, all in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
We have just took a major step forward, expanding into a new building with brand-new equipment and a renewed focus on excellence. This is an exciting season of growth, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to help take our brand to the next level. If you’re passionate about great food, great people, and building something that matters, we want you on our team. We have a unique schedule as we are open Thursday thur Monday 11am-8pm and closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in the Kitchen
- Work nights and weekends
- Lead and train team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering
- Take an active role in growing the brand
- Be available to work weekends
Requirements:
- Prior management experience in food service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
