We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Piano Teacher to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piano instruction and a love for teaching students of all ages and skill levels. Duties
- Develop and implement individualized lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning style.
- Teach piano techniques, music theory, and performance skills in an engaging manner.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
- Organize recitals and performances to showcase student achievements.
- Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development to enhance the overall music program.
- Maintain open communication with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a piano teacher for a minimum of 3 years, with a strong understanding of music theory and piano techniques.
- Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere that fosters creativity and self-expression.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
