The Role
What you'll be doing
This role carries responsibility and oversight for our clients within a given region, as part of a growing global company. As a member of the Client Success team, you'll be responsible for revenue growth and retention, as well as managing and supporting clients.
You'll work closely with the Client Solutions Director to identify, define and execute the strategies required to achieve growth plans and operating objectives, with a focus on driving enhanced client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership
- Own end-to-end responsibility for client satisfaction and business growth across a portfolio of three or more US or global clients
- Own achievement of financial and non-financial KPIs including revenue, profitability, NRR, wallet share and MRR trends
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for your clients covering goals, growth strategy, revenue generation and customer care
- Provide strategic direction and leadership that strengthens client relationships aligned with InDebted's goals
Client Success and Growth
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the Director of Client Solutions
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with key stakeholders to grow InDebted's footprint within each account
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing performance insights and product value
- Act as a trusted advisor delivering strategic solutions that add measurable value to clients
- Lead the implementation and onboarding of new clients, including compliance and reporting
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues not resolved through normal channels
Financial Management
- Drive improvements in revenue, profit and client retention, meeting your portfolio's financial targets
- Own annual, quarterly and monthly revenue results, forecasts and costs for your client portfolio
- Partner with internal teams to consistently meet or exceed financial and non-financial KPIs
About You
What we're looking forv
- Five or more years of experience managing client relationships within call centre industries, with a focus on collections and financial services. BPO experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services trends, along with strategies in automation and AI.
- Working knowledge and comfort using AI tools (such as Claude) to support day-to-day productivity and client work.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting and P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and retention across a portfolio of clients, with the ability to negotiate win-win agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present confidently in group settings.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets, continuous improvement and a willingness to try new approaches.
