Pratt Family Dentistry is a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a warm and friendly environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care to our growing patient base.
What you will do:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
- Take dental radiographs (Nomad, PAN, CBCT)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain equipment
- Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records/notes
- Educate patients on post-treatment care
- Order supplies
- Oversee lab cases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
What we are looking for:
- Dental assisting certification
- Radiography certification
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Dentrix (preferred but not required)
