Only experienced people apply! We're a well-established, high end residential staining/painting company of 20 years in Bend, and we’re looking to hire a crew lead.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of recent experience;
Please be reliable, attentive to details, with a strong work ethic;
Have transportation;
Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Please be a team player (positive energy flow at work is encouraged).

At the job site we have a trailer with a microwave, small oven, coffee maker and a fridge.
During busy weeks, you may be asked to work 40+ hours (overtime is paid at 1.5 amount).
We do a lot of high-end exterior staining, and the majority of our work is done on the west side of Bend (Tetherow, Crosswater, Awbrey Butte, NW Crossings, Shevlin Park).

We offer profit share for every job that exceeds 50% profit margin for the company. So, if you are tired of working at regular/ local paint companies you should definitely apply.
We also own "Christmas Premium Relighting" where we do professional Christmas light installation starting around the beginning of October.
We are currently starting a new company called "Clean Power Rinse" where we're going to be doing soft washing and power washing services.
For the past 20 years I (Paul Tkachenko) have ran many crews throughout the years. Some of you have worked with me in the past and know that I am very passionate about my business! Providing our clients with the best job possible every time, I have worked side by side with my employees. This is not your average paint company, we do not just paint houses. When we do exterior or interior painting it is full on paint restoration. If you know what paint restoration means, you are already ahead of the curve and should definitely apply!
This year it is time to make some changes! I am going to be running the business side of things and will be looking for a dedicated crew lead!
I am willing to pay top wages to the right person and offer this person a 3% to 5% profit share (on any project that brings in over 50% profit, which is usually most of them when I'm running the crew) on top of the hourly pay. We will be doing a lot of staining, refinishing and power washing. Averaging out $10,000 to $25,000 per week with approximately 50% profit for the company.
