Charlotte, NC
$115,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus
Total Compensation Potential: $300,000+
Lead a Business. Build a Team. Drive Results.
National Fleet Management is one of the fastest-growing commercial fleet maintenance companies in the Southeast, and we're looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to help lead our next phase of growth.
This is not a maintenance manager position. This is a business leadership role for someone who knows how to grow an operation, build high-performing teams, improve financial performance, and create a culture of accountability and execution.
As Regional Manager, you will have full ownership of the Charlotte operation, including responsibility for the location's profit and loss (P&L), financial performance, operational execution, customer experience, and team development. As National Fleet Management continues to expand, this role will also assume responsibility for additional locations within the assigned region, with full P&L ownership for those operations as well.
You'll work closely with executive leadership while having the autonomy to lead your region like it's your own business.
If you're energized by building teams, driving growth, improving profitability, and delivering results, we'd love to meet you.
