This is a hybrid position with onsite presence 3 days a week at our Englewood, Colorado facilty.
- Portfolio Management

Lead periodic governance mechanisms and manage project Phase Reviews through the Business process

Develop communication processes and mechanisms defining portfolio and individual project progress, problems, and solutions

Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal functions including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing

Compile and report overall status of R&D pipeline, roadmaps and KPIs across the portfolio of projects

Define key performance metrics and report on progress of the portfolio and individual projects to all stakeholders

Develop communication processes and mechanisms defining program and individual project progress, problems, and solutions

Budget Management

Collaborate closely with cross divisional peers to ensure appropriate P&L reporting

Ensure that revenue and P&L variances are captured, accurate and presented during monthly and quarterly meetings

Process Ownership & Improvement

Create and manage division tracking tools, dashboards, and output for executive management

Own continuous improvement of Portfolio and Business processes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 8+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in managing projects

Proven experience in people management, risk management, and change management

Strong organizational skills with experience concurrently managing multiple tasks or activities

Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally

Medical device industry experience required

PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Experience in managing Hardware and/or Software project execution preferred
Up to 15% Overnight Travel
Salary Range: $128,000-$192,000 depending on skills and experience
