As a Reset Specialist, you are the standard. You will be responsible for cleaning and resetting residential homes, commercial spaces, and rental properties to Blue Standard’s quality expectations. You will work as part of a small, consistent team under direct leadership on every job.
This is not a solo gig. This is a team position with real structure, real training, and real opportunity to advance as the company expands.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to a high standard
- Follow Blue Standard’s cleaning checklists and protocols on every job
- Handle products and equipment responsibly and safely
- Communicate clearly with your team lead before, during, and after each job
- Represent Blue Standard Co. professionally in every client’s home or property
- Complete jobs efficiently without cutting corners

Cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person. What we cannot train is character — that has to come with you.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for the duration of a shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
