Duties:
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain stock and inventory of retail items
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Cash handling experience, including operating cash registers and handling money
- Knowledge of cigars is a plus, but not required
- Basic math skills for calculating transactions and making change
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
