Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Handyman to support our executive team and manage various administrative and maintenance tasks. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization while honing your organizational, communication, and hands-on skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities efficiently. it is imperative that the candidate be a problem solver and capable of working through issues on his/her own
Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Provide executive administrative support by managing correspondence, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and handling transcription needs with excellent writing skills.
Organize events, meetings, and business travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of company activities.
Handle internal communication effectively across teams and departments to facilitate collaboration with C-suite executives.
Perform light handyman duties such as minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and organizing office spaces or storage areas.
Manage office supplies inventory, data entry, filing systems, and front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems and customer service interactions.
Utilize technical proficiency in video conferencing software like Zoom or Microsoft Teams for remote meetings and presentations. The desired individual will need to be experienced in boat operations as well as food prep and cooking
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role with excellent organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with office management tasks including bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and productivity tools such as DocuSign.
Ability to perform basic handyman tasks safely and effectively; previous experience in light repairs or organizing workspaces is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, organize events, and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity standards.
