Architectural Millwork Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Millwork Project Manager to oversee commercial millwork projects from award through closeout. This role will manage project schedules, budgets, client relationships, fabrication coordination, and field installation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities

Manage multiple architectural millwork projects simultaneously.

Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and shop drawings.

Coordinate fabrication, procurement, and installation schedules.

Lead communication with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams.

Track budgets, change orders, billing, and project profitability.

Conduct site visits and oversee project quality and schedule performance.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, or commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of construction documents, shop drawings, and millwork fabrication.

Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
