Experienced Lawn Care Crew Member — $17–$22/Hour
GreenEdge Lawncare KC is hiring 2 experienced lawn care crew members to start next week.
We are looking for people who are already trained and experienced in professional lawn care. You need to be able to step onto a crew and work efficiently without needing to be taught the basics.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Operate commercial stand-on and zero-turn mowers confidently
- Weed eat/trim cleanly and consistently
- Match weed-eating height to the mower height — no scalping or leaving tall areas
- Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and landscape beds
- Blow off all hard surfaces and leave properties clean
- Maintain quality while working at a professional pace
- Safely load, unload, and operate lawn care equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Handle working outside in summer conditions
- Show up reliably and on time
- Take pride in the finished product
Pay
$17–$22/hour depending on experience and demonstrated skill.
If you can run equipment efficiently, maintain our quality standards, and keep pace with the crew, your pay will reflect that.
We have a large recurring customer base and are continuing to grow. We’re looking for dependable people who want consistent work and the opportunity to grow with GreenEdge Lawncare KC.
