Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and tech-savvy Bakery Sales Technician to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations of bakery equipment and related enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized presentations that highlight product benefits aligned with customer needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including analysis of client requirements and proposing suitable solutions utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure, VMware, and Linux-based systems.
- Assist in managing client relationships by offering ongoing technical advice and troubleshooting during the sales process.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the bakery industry and presenting innovative tech integrations.
- Contribute to project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of solutions, including coordinating with internal teams on deployment strategies.
- Help close deals by effectively communicating product value propositions and addressing technical questions confidently.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of computer networking, AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, and enterprise software environments.
- Experience with Python scripting and Bash (Unix shell) for automation or troubleshooting tasks is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in technical sales or pre-sales roles within a corporate or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technological solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Demonstrated success in product demos, deal closing, and business development within technology sectors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
