Provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily lives by assisting with activities, building social skills, participating in community outings, helping with personal care, shopping, budgeting, meal preparation, and more. Every day is an opportunity to help someone live a fuller, more independent life.
Work alongside a friendly, supportive team by attending trainings, participating in team meetings, communicating effectively, and helping one another succeed.
Show up ready to make an impact! Your reliability helps ensure individuals receive the quality care and support they deserve.
Complete documentation, follow individualized care plans, and maintain accurate, confidential records.
Develop positive relationships with the individuals you support, their families, guardians, and case managers. You'll become a trusted part of their lives.
Report health concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly while helping protect the rights, health, and wellbeing of every person you serve.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments, assist with medication administration (after training), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. No experience? No problem—we provide the training you need!
Help prepare meals, follow dietary guidelines, and encourage healthy eating habits.
Assist with light housekeeping, safety checks, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Safely transport individuals to appointments, errands, recreational activities, and community events while following all driving guidelines.
✅ Must be at least 18 years old
✅ High school diploma or GED required
✅ Ability to complete our paid 2-week training program (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm)
✅ Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
