Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated CAREGIVERS for weekend shifts offering competitive pay. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others. As a CAREGIVER, you will provide vital support to clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being in a home environment.
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living space
- Support clients with dementia or memory care needs using specialized techniques for Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts safely and effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs assistance, and behavior management techniques
- Ability to drive safely and reliably for client transportation needs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
