Basic Functions: Provide individualized support where individuals live so that dreams and personal outcomes can be realized; provide opportunities for individuals to achieve vocational, social, and educational goals. Assist in the development and implementation of Personal Plans.
Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Direct Support Professional Certification in the state of Illinois

Ability to complete and maintain First Aid, CPR and CPI certifications

Skills necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.

Satisfactory literacy test results

Ability to pass Department of Human Services background checks
