Our team specializes in:
- Property turnover cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning for new builds
- Post-renovation cleaning
- Residential deep cleaning
Job Responsibilities
Cleaning assignments vary by property, but may include:
- Deep cleaning countertops, cabinets (inside and out), baseboards, and doors
- Cleaning glass and mirrors throughout the property
- Dusting and removing cobwebs
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors
- Cleaning appliances, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Window washing at select properties
- Ensuring each property is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next occupant or homeowner
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly and professional
- Able to work with team members or independently and stay motivated without constant supervision
- Comfortable working at different properties everyday
- Experienced in residential or professional cleaning preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation is a must, as you will travel to different properties on a daily basis.
