Job Title: Temporary Post Construction Custodian
Job Type: Temporary / 4 - 6 weeks
Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Pay: $16 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Temporary Post Construction Custodian to help prepare and maintain our warehouse facility. This short-term assignment involves performing deep cleaning tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical work.
Responsibilities

Deep clean warehouse floors using sweepers, mops, and scrubbers

Remove dust, dirt, and debris from shelving, racks, equipment, and work areas

Clean break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas

Empty trash and recycling containers

Wipe down doors, walls, windows, and other surfaces

Assist with organizing and disposing of unwanted materials

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to pass a Federal Level 2 background check.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Ability to perform custodial duties independently and safely.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including mops, vacuums, backpack vacuums, and other custodial tools.

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.
