The Inn at Grace Winery is a unique venue hosting a large array of gatherings, including private events and dinners, corporate retreats, weddings, supper series, workshops, bridal shower, large group tastings and more.
Candidates should be outgoing, have a passion for hospitality, the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment. Have high-level attention to detail, excellent communication, and social skills, both verbal and written, strong organizational skills, a definitely work well in team settings.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to,
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Make recommendations and suggest appropriate beverage pairings
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into POS system
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
- Perform side work before, during and at the end of each shift
- Maintain clean service areas
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow service staff members
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
