Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for and coordinates the day to day operations and the overall aspects of the property. This position is responsible for purchasing, supply management, budgeting, and assists supervisor with interviewing and hiring maintenance staff. Oversees daily activities, assigns tasks, monitors workflow, reviews work for efficiency and accuracy. Schedules and performs apartment turns and preventative maintenance. Leads staff and participates in diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, building interior and exterior, appliances, and swimming pool. Responsible for maintaining resident service requests in timely manner. Conducts final inspections of apartment turns and regular property inspections. Ensures ground cleanliness and safety. Obtains bids and oversees vendor work for completeness. Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents. Knowledge in fair housing.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Property management maintenance experience is preferred, or other related building maintenance or trade is required. * Current driver's license and auto insurance. * Licenses and/or certification as required by state law.
