Cotter House Worthington is an all inclusive Alzheimer's and Dementia care community seeking a Life Enrichment Partner who is lively, full of energy, dedicated, and compassionate. This person must be willing and able to support a culture built on family, compassion and love. As Life Enrichment Partner, your focus is to enhance the lives of our residents at each interaction. What You'll Do:
· Bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, helping residents live their best life daily
· Help lead fun, engaging events and activities for our residents to look forward to
· Transport residents to and from activities
· Implement recreational programming that supports physical and mental well-being
· Provide specialized, compassionate care for residents with dementia or memory-related conditions
· Keep pace in a fast-moving day-to-day environment while staying upbeat and present
What You Bring:
· High energy and stamina to keep up in a fast-paced setting
· A genuine love and passion for working with older adults
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication skills with residents and families
· Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques
· Ability to stay flexible, calm, and compassionate under pressure
· Ability to transports residents and wheelchairs, and be able to be on your feet for majority of the day
