Position Overview
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and organized Home Health Aides/Concierge Care Assistants to join our growing team. This position combines traditional home support with luxury concierge services, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives every day.
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions with day and overnight shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assist post-operative clients during their recovery.
- Provide companionship and support for family concierge clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
- Pick up clients following medical procedures (when assigned).
- Drive clients safely to appointments, hotels, residences, or other destinations (for qualified drivers).
- Assist with mobility and light personal care as needed.
- Monitor clients and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Help organize medications and daily schedules (within scope of practice).
- Perform concierge tasks such as grocery shopping, prescription pickup, home organization, travel preparation, and other client requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while respecting client privacy and dignity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, Personal Support Worker, or similar role is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Driver Requirements
Some positions require transportation of clients. Applicants interested in these assignments must have:
- A valid driver's license.
- A clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Valid automobile insurance.
