Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
- Healthcare Administration
- Business Administration
- Human Services
- Medical Office Administration
- Prior home care, PAS, Medicaid, or healthcare scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Experience using HHAeXchange or similar EVV/scheduling systems preferred
- Knowledge of OLTL, Medicaid, and managed care scheduling requirements preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment
