Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development efforts to ensure alignment with best practices, state regulations, and developmental standards for early learners.
- Oversee program operations, including managing budgets as an executive education administrator to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation.
- Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering professional growth through faculty evaluation processes and instructional leadership in education.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that support program growth, community engagement, and educational excellence.
- Coordinate fundraising activities to secure grants and community partnerships that enhance program offerings and expand access to quality early learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with school legal requirements, including special education law, health and safety regulations, and other relevant policies.
- Manage personnel functions such as hiring, training, performance management, and personnel management in education settings.
- Provide public speaking engagements and community outreach to promote early childhood education initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in school administrative director roles or equivalent leadership positions within early childhood or K-12 education settings.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and managing educational programs at a senior level.
- Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with strategic planning capabilities.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with personnel management skills tailored to educational environments.
- Knowledge of school legal requirements including special education law and classroom experience working directly with students.
- Excellent public speaking skills coupled with the ability to lead teams effectively through management practices.
- Familiarity with school administrative processes such as faculty evaluation, classroom instruction oversight, and working within K-12 or early childhood frameworks is highly desirable.
