Our comprehensive services include preventive and restorative dentistry, Veneers, Invisalign®, dental implants, root canal therapy, Botox (Daxxify) and dermal fillers, TMJ treatment, and oral sleep appliances.
We believe outstanding dentistry begins with trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to every patient. We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to lead our team, ensure efficient daily operations, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Position Summary
The Dental Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, manages front office staff and the clinical team, ensures smooth scheduling, billing, and patient communication. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations and workflow.
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment confirmations.
- Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and billing.
- Monitor and responsible for accounts receivable and collections.
- Send monthly statements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment service schedules.
- Assist with payroll, reporting, budgeting, and practice performance metrics.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of dental office management or dental administrative leadership experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning.
- Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple team members.
- Knowledge of scheduling optimization and revenue cycle management.

Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 6:45 am - 5:00 pm
- Occasional Saturday hours as needed (Possibly 1 every 2-3 months)
Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
