Location: Lakeland, FL
Full-Time | Monday – Friday

What You'll Do:
✅ Generate new business through referrals, leads, and relationship building
✅ Review customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
✅ Cross-sell and identify opportunities to better protect our clients
✅ Provide outstanding customer service and policy support
✅ Work with multiple insurance companies to find the best solutions
✅ Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
