We're hiring Class A CDL drivers with as little as 3 months of verifiable experience for an OTR position with strong pay, predictable home time, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay
- 3 months experience: $0.57 CPM 2+ years: $0.62 CPM 10+ years: $0.64 CPM
- Average weekly pay: $1,425–$1,900+
- $1,000 sign-on bonus — $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days
Home Time & Schedule Home every two weeks. Take your assigned truck home during reset (secure parking required).
Freight & Lanes 100% no-touch freight, 65% drop and hook. Runs all 48 states with the majority of freight Colorado and east. No forced dispatch to NYC or Long Island.
Equipment 2022 and newer Freightliner Cascadias — all automatic (auto restrictions OK), with APUs and 1,250-watt inverters.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years — local, regional, or OTR (40' trailer required; trainer or driving school time does not count)
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no more than 2 in the last 12 months
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months; no more than 1 in the last 3 years
- No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years; no DOT-recordable incidents in the last 3 years
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
