The City of Green Bay is seeking a part-time Cleaner to keep the premises of the City Hall office building in clean and orderly condition by performing routine light housekeeping and cleaning tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated, possess the ability to maintain a neat and clean building, and work well independently.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (17 hours per week).

- Some knowledge of cleaning methods, material, equipment, and procedures required for the cleaning of buildings and facilities. Some knowledge of safety measures involved in handling and using hazardous materials used.
- Some skill in using a variety of cleaning tools, equipment, and materials. Some skill in performing routine manual cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public. Ability to work the required hours of the position.
May be required to demonstrate minimum competency by successfully passing approved tests.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform the following activities:
- Lifting and carrying up to 10-20 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, crawling and stooping.
- Ability to reach and climb.
