Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Preschool Teacher – Build Kindergarten Readiness
The Learning Experience – Dedham is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed for kindergarten success.
What You'll Do
Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum

Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development

Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Observe and document developmental progress

Partner with families through regular communication

Collaborate with teachers and center leadership

Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations

Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
Previous preschool teaching experience preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
