EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Social Skills Group Facilitator to join our growing team. This per diem, in-person position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and teenagers and is passionate about helping them build confidence, communication skills, friendships, emotional regulation, and independence.
Our social skills groups are intentionally kept small, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while creating a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead small social skills groups for children and teenagers.
- Facilitate engaging activities, games, and group discussions.
- Encourage communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and social problem-solving.
- Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
- Build strong relationships with participants and their families.
- Complete brief session notes after each group.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children is required.
- Experience working with teenagers is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working with neurodivergent children and teens, including individuals with autism and ADHD.
- Patient, dependable, creative, and enthusiastic.
- Confident leading small groups independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a dependable way to commute to our office.
- Available to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
