Team Member needed for quick-serve seafood restaurant (Lucky Louie Fish Shack) located in the Central Terminal at Sea-Tac airport. As a team member you will be a part of a team in which every employee works on each various aspect of the job: cashier, cook, utility, prep, frozen beverage station, and customer service. This job is located at SeaTac Airport which requires passing a TSA background check to be hired.
TEAM MEMBER EXPECTATIONS: Be able to do the following tasks. We will train.
- Cashier: Greet, explain the menu, take customer orders, direct them where to wait, this includes expo station that fulfills and distributes orders to customers
- Kitchen: Cooking and preparing foods for customers to eat based on tickets and keeping service times efficient
- Frozen beverage station: Creating and prepping frozen lemonades and swirls to serve to customers. As well as product preparation for this station.
- Food production: Preparing food by cutting, washing, assembling, following recipes, FIFO, tracking waste
- Cook: Prepare all menus items for customer consumption following WA and Lucky Louie food health and safety standards
- Utility: Washes dishes using a 3 compartment sink and dishwasher, putting dishes away, putting orders away in the walk-in fridge, walk-in freezer and dry storage areas, cleaning fryers and frozen beverage machines. Possibly completing storage runs (obtaining products form storage areas and bringing to the store) this will depend on badging, keeping the storage area clean, receiving product and disposing of oil, trash, recycle, and compost
Hours of operation 4:30 am-11 pm
$20.75 an hour + tip pool of at least $5/hr = $25.75/hr on average.
Free meals up to $22 a day while working, 50% food discount when off the clock, paid holidays (Your Birthday, New Years, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Paid parking pass or equivalent Orca card currently $60/month for full time employees. Health benefit eligibility after 90 days
