Position Summary
The Market Leader is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and strategic development of a large pediatric rehabilitation clinic providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services. This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, staff development, and sustainable business growth. The Market Leader oversees daily clinic functions, leads hiring and recruitment efforts, drives marketing relationships, and supports expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume pediatric rehab clinic

Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery across ABA, OT, PT, and SLP

Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payer requirements

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency

Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff

Conduct performance evaluations and support employee engagement and retention

Manage employee relations and address performance concerns

Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Partner with leadership on clinic growth, new programs, and strategic initiatives

Monitor patient experience, resolve escalations, and drive quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-7+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in pediatric or rehab settings.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven success in operations management, hiring, and business growth.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
