Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age at the time of application

Experience working with individuals with developmental, cognitive, or intellectual disabilities is preferred, but not required.

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in a general equivalency program at time of application

Valid driver's license

Valid state minimum auto insurance
-
Willing to operate an agency vehicle to transport individuals for community outings/routes

Must be able to pass DOT physical
Certifications (if do not possess, must be will to obtain)

Class E Chauffeur License

Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)

First Aid/CPR/AED

Crisis Prevention

DOT Physical Certification
Availability:

Day availability – Life Opportunities program runs M-F 8am-3pm, some flexibility, no weekends
