As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial client interviews and gathering relevant information
- Assisting with case investigation, including obtaining medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documents
- Drafting and filing legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Organizing and managing case files, including electronic document management
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness coordination
- Providing administrative support as needed
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
