Tres Vision Group is a comprehensive medical and surgical eye practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of vision disorders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Creating a one of a kind optical purchasing experience through knowledge, enthusiasm, and compassion
- Maintaining a clean and stocked optical
- Creating and submitting orders including filing to insurances
- Adjustments and refining spectacles
- Using insurance portals

-Passion for fashion and eyewear, with an eye for helping patients choose frames that enhance their appearance and suit their lifestyle
-Assist patients in selecting frames, ensure proper fit and provide instructions on contact lens care and use
-Offer guidance on cleaning and maintaining eyeglasses and contact lenses to ensure longevity
-Address patient concerns promptly, provide excellent service and follow up to ensure satisfaction
-Process patient payments, submit insurance claims and resolve any billing issues
-Track inventory levels, order supplies as needed and inform patients when their eyewear is ready for pickup
-Keep optical area neat and tidy and sanitize equipment
-Create attractive window displays and in-store promotions to draw in patients and highlight special offers.

Physical Requirements
-Standing and walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting patients and performing tasks
-Proficient use of hands and fingers to handle, adjust, and fit eyeglasses
-Good vision to perform detailed tasks such as as reading prescriptions , conducting eye exams and inspecting eyewear
-Clear and effective verbal communications skills to interacts with patients and team members
-Adequate hearing to communicated with patients and colleagues and to use diagnostic equipment

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Education or experience as an ophthalmic technician particularly with training in refractometry like that of a Certified Ophthalmic Technician, is beneficial
Experience:
- Optical experience: 1 year (Required)
