As our Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll be the technical expert and leader who helps ensure our residents have safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. You'll tackle challenging repairs, support fellow technicians, and help drive operational excellence across the property.
Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and structural issues.
Serve as the lead technician and primary escalation point for difficult repairs.
Prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and property inspections.
Lead apartment turns and ensure units are completed on time and to quality standards.
Train, mentor, and support maintenance team members.
Coordinate vendor and contractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience.
EPA Certification and/or relevant trade certifications.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and guide others.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
