Responsibilities:
Apartment maintenance for a 125 unit complex in Pontiac with separate gas and electric utilities. . Work includes apartment turnovers, general maintenance work orders, drywall and plumbing repairs, fixture replacement, appliance trouble shooting and repairs, daily grounds pick up, common walkway snow removal.
Swimming pool maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC system components which include Magic Pack gas forced air heating systems, and split systems. HVAC certification is preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
Rotating on call availability.
Drivers license and vehicle
