dependable, energetic team members to join our Stocking & Picking team.

What You'll Do
As a Stocking &Picking Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our shelves
stocked, fulfilling customer orders accurately, and ensuring our customers have an
exceptional shopping experience. Every day brings something different as you rotate
between stocking, order picking, and customer support.
Responsibilities include:
Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company standards.
Ensure products are properly rotated, organized, and displayed.
Verify shelf tags, pricing, and product placement are accurate.
Replenish merchandise from the warehouse safely and efficiently.
Accurately pick customer orders while ensuring correct items and quantities.
Locate products quickly and stage completed orders for pickup.
Assist customers with locating products and loading orders into their vehicles.
Maintain clean, organized aisles and remove safety hazards.
Identify low inventory, out-of-stock items, and merchandising needs.
Work collaboratively with teammates across multiple departments.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist in other departments as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of grocery, retail, warehouse, stocking, or similar experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one).
Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred.
Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position that requires team members to:
Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
Frequently bend, lift, reach, kneel, and crouch.
Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
Work in warehouse, refrigerated, freezer, and sales floor environments.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe, slip-
resistant shoes.
