We're hiring for an Acqusition Specialist to connect with property sellers, identify opportunities, and lock in purchase agreements. All leads are warm inbound leads. Success here requires energy, hustle, and being an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Engage with motivated sellers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, follow-ups. and occasionally in person
- Nurture existing leads in your pipeline to build relationships until they're ready to transact
- Must have the ability to build instant rapport with people, handle objections, and be able to converse with different customer profile types.
- Master company sales scripts and processes
- Overcome objections and take sellers through our sales process to determine worthy property acquisition
- Secure purchase contracts that align with company profit targets
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and sales pipeline
- Sales or Real Estate experience not required..
