Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Move-Out Coordinator to join our property management team. In this vital role, you will oversee the entire move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions for residents and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Your energetic approach will help coordinate move-out schedules, manage lease and rental agreements, and communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams. Duties
- Coordinate move-out schedules with tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient transitions
- Review lease or rental agreements to confirm move-out terms, security deposit refunds, and compliance with lease obligations
- Manage tenant communications regarding move-out procedures, legal requirements, and final inspections
- Maintain accurate data entry in property management systems such as RentVine, ZInspector, and other property management tools
- Conduct final property inspections, document damages or deficiencies, and prepare detailed reports for legal or accounting purposes
- Handle conflict management with tenants or landlords professionally, resolving issues related to move-outs or lease disputes
- Assist in preparing legal documentation related to lease terminations, notices, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations
Experience
- Proven experience in property management administrative roles or real estate administrative experience
- Familiarity with lease or rental agreement management and landlord-tenant law
- Experience using property management software such as RentVine, ZInspector, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of the Georgia Landlord Tenant Handbook and Fair Housing regulations
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and client communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Previous experience managing property maintenance coordination or facilities management is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette while maintaining professional customer service standards
