We are seeking a dedicated Parts Manager & Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for service orders, parts ordering, warranty, service quotes on mowers, tractors, trailers & all outdoor power equipment. We
Skills:
-Knowledge of gas and diesel engines.
-Strong background in hydraulics.
-Willingness to work alongside other mechanics.
-Assembly of new products.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Ability to handle and transport goods safely, including heavy lifting
- Mechanical knowledge for basic mower/tractor maintenance
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and tools
Qualifications for Parts & Service Advisor
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
-Previous mechanical experince
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent customer service skills
-Basic computer competencies
-Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
-Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
-Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
