Responsibilities
Fitness Coaching
Deliver personalized EMS training sessions

Conduct InBody evaluations and track member progress

Educate members on proper form, technique, and BODY20 technology

Create a motivating, supportive, and safe training environment

Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness

Participate in ongoing training and team development

Sales & Membership Growth
Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients

Support membership sales through consultations, follow‑ups, and exceptional service

Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand

Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth start‑up experience

Collaborate with the team to meet studio goals and deliver best‑in‑class service

Requirements
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people

Strong follow‑up, organization, and time‑management skills

Ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to authentically represent the workout

Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
-
CPR/AED certification (preferred)
-
1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, move, and demonstrate exercises throughout shifts

Assist members with EMS suits and equipment

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
