Position Overview
We are seeking a Rental Clerk to assist customers with rental vehicles, support our service department, and provide excellent front desks and administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is highly organized, and wants to grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all rental clients
- Assist with rental vehicle check-ins and check-outs
- Work closely with the service department to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate rental logs, agreements, and administrative paperwork
- Keep rental vehicles clean, organized, and ready for customer use
- Travel between dealership locations as needed
- Support daily clerical duties, light filing, and basic office tasks
Qualifications
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Comfortable working in a dealership, service center, or automotive environment
✔ Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in car rental, car dealership, or automotive service role
- Basic knowledge of rental agreements or administrative processes
- Prior experience in customer-facing positions: retail, hospitality, receptionist, office assistant, etc.
