We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff oriented) to support one associate and ready to hire immediately. This is not an entry-level or training position. We are looking for someone who can step into an active desk and immediately manage a full caseload with little to no guidance beyond firm-specific procedures and software.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Must be able to handle 30–35 cases independently
- Must know how to move a file from pre-suit through litigation without step-by-step direction
- Strong organizational skills and ability to proactively manage deadlines, discovery, and case progression
Technical Skills:
- Experience with case management software (Total Office/Aderant/Client Profiles preferred, but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and general office systems
Important:
This position requires someone who is confident in their ability to manage a caseload independently from day one. If you require ongoing training or supervision, this role will not be a good fit.

· 3+ years of civil litigation & trial experience
· Proficiency in preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery
· Solid character and judgment, high degree of professionalism, and strong decision-making skills
· Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, and work efficiently in an extremely fast paced and challenging legal environment
· Working knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Statutes, and E-filing
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and Aderant/Total Office
· High school diploma/equivalent or Bachelor’s degree
· Exemplary tenure with previous employers and must pass a criminal background check
