We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing Multiservice Office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will assist individuals and small business owners with a wide range of services, including tax preparation support, notary services, document translations, new business registrations, immigration paperwork, payroll processing, and monthly bookkeeping assistance.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email.
- Assist clients with collecting and organizing documents required for tax preparation.
- Coordinate and process notary service appointments and documentation.
- Support clients with document translation requests and related administrative tasks.
- Assist with new business registrations, EIN applications, state filings, and business compliance documentation.
- Guide clients through immigration-related paperwork and application preparation.
- Process payroll information accurately and maintain employee records.
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record organization.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documents are complete and properly filed.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing information, deadlines, and service updates.
- Handle multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Proven experience in medical billing, debt collection negotiation, or accounts receivable management within healthcare or financial sectors
- Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards relevant to debt collection and industry practices
- Excellent phone etiquette paired with effective client communication skills to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel data analysis and report creation tools
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, perform account reconciliation, and interpret industry-specific concepts such as CPT coding and ICD-10 codes
- Experience with accounting software and financial software platforms used in revenue cycle management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling confidential information securely and accurately
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience required.
- Experience in a multiservice office, tax office, accounting office, immigration services, bookkeeping, or related field preferred.

Pay: $24.08 - $29.00 per hour
