Position Overview
The Operations Support Associate is a versatile role that provides critical assistance across multiple areas of the brewery. This person thrives on variety, has a strong work ethic, and takes satisfaction in keeping things clean, organized, and functional. If you like rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and supporting a team, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with deep cleaning of the brewery and grounds (inside and outside) on non-public days
- Support the canning line and packaging operations when needed
- Help receive, move, and organize deliveries and inventory
- Perform light maintenance and repairs around the property
- Maintain organization in storage and work areas
- Provide general support to brewery operations and staff as required
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and cleanliness
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or warehouse/production settings is a plus, but not required
