Job Summary
Al-Hamawi Roastery & Café is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. This position is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, team leadership, and supplying our retail stores with products on time.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily warehouse operations.
* Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
* Manage receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory.
* Ensure accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits.
* Coordinate shipments to company-owned stores and wholesale customers.
* Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
* Implement FIFO inventory rotation.
* Monitor warehouse safety and equipment.
* Resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Forklift experience preferred.
* Experience with inventory management software.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
